SHIPPING POLICY

How fast will my Opera Gloves be dispatched?


We offer to all countries an Express and Priority service. With Express, we aim to have your gloves made and one their way within 3 working days of receiving your order; with Priority, we aim to do this within one working day.

How long does shipping take?
For deliveries to the European Union, we use Postal Parcel International, a next-day service 95% of the time for Nordic countries 2-5 working days, and the rest of Europe 3-8 working days. If you require a Saturday delivery, we can generally arrange this.
For deliveries to the rest of the world, we typically use Posti Express parcel (EMS), which delivers everywhere within 6-14 working days.
When you have entered your address details in the checkout, you will see an accurate forecast for the total number of days it will take for you to receive your order.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer express shipping for free to Finland. All countries in the European Union, Switzerland & Norway have a minimum price by Post office. The rest of the world will take Posti Express parcel (EMS).

Will I have to pay import duty?
If you are ordering to any of the below countries/regions

... there will be no duty or tax to pay. There will be nothing further to pay after you have checked out on our website.

Please check with your local customs jurisdiction for those in other countries as there may be an amount to pay when your order arrives.

How will my Opera Gloves be presented?

All our gloves come with a storage bag for safekeeping. All orders are delivered in our presentation box, which is, like our gloves, built to last. For us, it's about the product, not the packaging, but when we designed our box, we made sure it was beautiful, and we chose the color, 'Classic Black color with a silver logo' to symbolize an elegant style that endures. If the gloves are a gift for somebody special, we'll be happy to include a handwritten note - just let us know in the order notes section during checkout.
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS
We hope and aim to be pleased with your Yuke Josefsen Opera Gloves investment. However, if you would like to return your order, we accept returns ordered within 14 days of receiving the goods from us. Returns within the European Union are free of charge. Customers returning products from other than EU countries will pay for the shipping costs.


Must return all goods in their original condition, unused and unworn, and the original packaging material with the glove box, labels, and card. Trade & Expertise will not be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage.

 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, will be sending a notification via e-mail. Refound will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method when your refund is approved.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange, please send us an e-mail at info@yuke-josefsen.com together with your order number and name of the product you would like to return and the product you would like in exchange. We will send you further instructions.
